Mr. Moore was very thorough of the step-by-step instructions of selling the house. Made many suggestions of what should be upgraded or fixed prior to putting it on the market. As with any so they were ups and downs with buyers as Tried to negotiate. I would thoroughly recommend Mr. Moore as your agent to buy or sell a house.
Rod B. did an outstanding job helping us buy and sell our house. He helped us buy our house less than a year ago and do to us having to move (military reasons) he also helped us sell our house. On short notice we had a very short period of time to get our house on the market and sold. With that being said Rod was very quick and efficient the entire process. We got an offer on our house 2 days after it was posted and just a month later we were able to close on the house. Amazing work from Rod! Highly recommend for anyone buying or selling their home.

Recently moved to Anchorage on military orders, due to timing and other constraints my family and I were not able to come to Anchorage and view properties in person. I was not sure how in the world I was going to get my home sold. Too many things to do and I needed it done too fast. Well that when Garrett showed up and made me feel confident it could be done. I told him to take the wheel and that's exactly what he did. He knew the contractors to get the work done and done quickly and affordably. Before we hired Garrett as our realtor we had nothing but awful luck with realitors. They wouldn’t listen to us. And didn’t feel like they wanted to help sell our house. Garrett is the best! He was a great help from start to finish. . He patiently showed us all the houses we wanted to see, and gave us good advice. He also helped us out with many other things like locating local service providers, helping install the router and wifi in the house we ended up purchasing, and putting us in touch with someone to look after the house when we are not there. He is very customer-oriented.
