A 1 bdrm Tree House Cabin is adjacent to the house as well. Lot 3, 32 acres is largely undeveloped with a gentle southern slope a gravel access road and mature spruce trees and partial mountain views. Several natural springs dot the property and wildlife are frequent visitors.
